=Command Room=
Only authorized kingdoms may enter this room. The commander will set access passwords and only he/she and his/her staff with the password have access.

Once in the command room, you can set your systems alert level. Along with alerting your members of the status of your system in the galaxy and how ready to be for war, the alert level also affects other aspects of kingdoms within your system such as attack ready status, and income.

Alert status info:

GREEN ALERT STATUS = All is well, nothing to fear
+10% all income
-5% attack / defence

YELLOW ALERT STATUS = Activate Missile Defense And Powerup Turrets
+2% income all income

ORANGE ALERT STATUS = Mobilize the fleets And Load Torpedo Tubes
+2% attack defence

RED ALERT STATUS = All Hens To Battlestations and Fire At Will!!!
+10% attack / defence
-5% all income

A kingdom cannot activate missile defence unless the system is at Yellow Alert or higher.

War can only be declared once a system has reached Red Alert status.
To declare war simply pick the system you wish to wage war against and click the declare war button. A note, once you declare war, you are stuck in war for 72 revolutions.

Wartime gives you a wartime bonus. All attacks get DOUBLE gain. That is for Platforms and for plundered recourses. A small random bonus in attack points is also present during wartime.

Once at war a Commander has the option to fire missiles at random enemy members within a system. If the system has researched missile guidance the Commander will have the option of selecting a specific sector to launch the missiles at.
